What personal data we collect and why
Orders. While you visit our site we’ll track products you’ve viewed; your location, IP address and browser type (to estimate taxes and shipping); and your shipping address (to estimate shipping and send your order). We use cookies to keep track of your cart contents while browsing.
When you place an order we collect and store your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details (including a record that payment was made — though we do not store full card numbers ourselves). We use this information to send you account and order information; respond to your requests including refunds and complaints; process payments and prevent fraud; set up your store account; comply with legal obligations such as calculating taxes; improve our offerings; and send you marketing messages if you choose to receive them.
If you create an account we store your name, address, email and phone number to populate checkout for future orders. We generally retain order information for as long as your account exists, or as long as needed for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
Payments
We accept payments through a secure third-party payment processor. When you pay, your card and billing details are collected by that processor directly and are not stored on our servers. Please see the processor’s own privacy policy for how they handle your payment data.
Comments & media
When visitors leave comments we collect the data in the comments form plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent to help spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service (privacy policy). If you upload images, avoid images with embedded location (EXIF GPS) data, as visitors can download and extract it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep track of cart contents and to remember your checkout details if you begin an order and don’t complete it. If you comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email and website in cookies for one year. Login and screen-option cookies are set when you log in (login cookies last two days, or two weeks with “Remember Me”). WooCommerce session cookies (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_) help manage your cart and last from a session up to two days.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited that website, and those sites may collect data about you, use cookies and monitor your interaction with that content.
Who we share your data with
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services — our payment processor (to collect payments), shipping carriers (to deliver and track your order), and our distributor network where an order is fulfilled through a distributor rather than shipped directly. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.
Your rights
